Coaching is my craft.
I'm Jack — Scottish-born, now based in NSW and coaching full-time out of Breakthrough Fitness in Merrylands. I've spent over a decade working with everyday lifters, endurance athletes, and competitive sports people, helping them get stronger, fitter, and more resilient.
My approach blends the academic with the practical. The science tells us what works — but coaching is about meeting people where they're at, building trust, and finding the balance between hard work and smart programming.
Whether you've never picked up a barbell or you're chasing a PB, the priorities are the same: solid technique, consistent effort, and a plan that fits your life.
